Terms of use
These terms explain how you may use Naqab and what to expect from its career tools.
Your agreement with Naqab AI
Naqab is operated by Naqab AI in Egypt. Contact: support@naqab.me. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Naqab. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials and extension key. Upload only CVs and other content you own or are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your documents and content. You allow Naqab and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to deliver the features you request and, after removing direct identifiers, to improve Naqab's AI, as described in the privacy policy. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information or confidential information belonging to others.
Career assistance, not a hiring guarantee
Naqab helps read CVs, organize career information, discover jobs, prepare application materials and track applications. Listings may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Fit estimates, extracted details, cover letters and suggested answers may be wrong. Review and correct them before relying on them. Naqab does not guarantee job availability, interviews, offers or employment, and does not make hiring decisions for employers.
You review and submit
Your original CV remains unchanged. You are responsible for the accuracy of profile edits, generated materials and information submitted to employers. Apply through the employer or job platform. The optional browser extension assists with supported LinkedIn Easy Apply fields but does not press Next, Review or Submit. Follow the rules of any third-party site you use; Naqab is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or the employers shown.
Credits, prices and payments
New accounts currently receive 50 starter credits. Profile edits and tracking applications are free. Each newly saved or interested job costs 1 credit. Unsave and undo do not refund credits; saving again costs 1 credit. Each completed search or scheduled recommendation check costs 2 credits, including checks returning no new matches. Unavailable searches and failed CV reading are free. CV reading and AI application kits are charged according to AI usage. Review the dashboard before starting paid actions. Credit packs are one-time purchases in EGP, with no subscription; credits do not expire. The price shown at checkout applies to that purchase. Paymob processes payments; credits are added after payment confirmation. Credits are service units, not money, and weekly XP has no payment or cash value.
Billing questions and refunds
For a duplicate charge, payment error, missing credits or a refund request, email support@naqab.me with your account email, payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the transaction, service delivered and applicable law. This page does not promise an automatic refund, a fixed processing deadline or waive any statutory refund rights.
Scheduled checks and optional features
Daily or weekly recommendations can use credits while enabled, even when no new matches are found. You can turn them off in Recommendations. Email delivery, job coverage, checkout and AI features depend on configuration and provider availability. The extension currently requires manual installation and a connection key. Revoke its key in Account & data when you no longer need it.
Fair use and access
Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits or use the service to mislead employers. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. You may stop using Naqab at any time and request account closure through the contact email. Data deletion and retention are explained in the privacy policy.
Employer accounts
Employer accounts are separate from job-seeker accounts and are reviewed by the Naqab team before jobs go live. Post only real, current vacancies you are authorized to fill. Use applicant and talent-search information only to recruit for the job concerned, share shortlists only with people deciding on that hire (including an agency's client), keep it secure, do not sell or share it, and delete it when no longer needed. Do not discriminate unlawfully, charge candidates fees or contact candidates who have not applied or accepted an invite. Paid employer plans are requested in your account and paid by bank transfer or InstaPay; a plan starts when the Naqab team confirms payment and runs for the period paid. Profile unlocks are used when you send a talent-search invite and returned if it is declined or withdrawn. We may suspend an employer account, closing its jobs, where reasonably needed to protect job seekers or the service.
Service changes and responsibility
We may update features, sources and future pricing. The service may be interrupted or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking employers, job links and generated content before taking action. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or remove protections that apply in your place of residence.
